Reading and filling out this form will help us give you an accurate quote. Please allow us to respond back within 48 hours of submission.
Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable or transferable. NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We must receive remaining balances 4 days prior to pick up or delivery day or invoice will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.
Delivery and set up are additional cost.
The pick up time you choose is the time expected for you to be at the pick up location. You will have a grace period of 30mins. After 30mins you will be charged $30 each hour you are late.
